• The pilot must be trained to drive in highly difficult terrain, drive at your own risk
• The vehicle must be four-wheel drive, with a lock, the engine, model and brand must be confirmed with an advisor to authorize entry.
• The vehicle must be in good condition.
• Additional costs in cases of emergency: In the case of entering my own vehicle and driving it, I agree to pay four thousand quetzales (Q. 4,000.00) in the event that the vehicle I drive is stranded on the edge of any ravine and it was necessary to pull it with special machinery for its protection. If for the same reason the vehicle falls into a hollow or precipice, in addition to said payment, the payment of one or more cranes will be paid by me according to the need for the trailer.
• Likewise, any other service that is necessary due to an emergency will be additional and will be solely at my expense.
  
  

• No refunds:

  - If the vehicle does not climb up because it does not comply with the aforementioned conditions.
  - If they cannot climb up on the agreed date, they must notify to make the transfer to another date.
